General

Are the snacks Halal Certified?

You may select the Halal option for our pre-curated Personal Boxes if you would like it to be 100% Halal.

This is also possible with corporate gifting/bulk orders upon request.

What is the lead time for standard delivery?

Within 5 business days of order placed or billing date for subscriptions

Can I request for a specific delivery day and time?

Yes! We can schedule an on-demand delivery for you at a fee of $20.

Do you ship internationally?

Feel free to reach out and we will do our best to assist you with this.

Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes, and we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or rejected packages due to the courier/postal service or at border customs.

Do you sell hampers?

All our snacks are packed and delivered in our fun and brightly branded orange mailer boxes/cartons. We do not offer hampers, gift baskets, or any fancy gift vessels.

Do you import snack products?

No, unfortunately we do not at this time. If you are a snack brand, feel free to connect us with your local distributor!

Do you wholesale snacks in bulk?

Unfortunately not.

Office Boxes

How many snacks can I get in my office box?

That depends entirely on you! We have the standard quantities for checkout here.

However, if you are in need of a custom snack plan, fret not! Reach out here and we'll get back to you within 24 working hours.

Can we customise the types of snacks we receive?

Unfortunately not - but isn't that the point? Our snack options rotate to provide constant variety and excitement for you and your team.

You can however, and are encouraged to provide us with regular feedback so we can tailor your subsequent boxes accordingly to your likes and dislikes!

How much does delivery cost each month?

Absolutely FREE for all Office Boxes.

When will my box be delivered?

The wait always feels so long.. we know. Your box will arrive within 5 business days from the billing date/payment received!

How flexible are your plans? Can I cancel or make changes?

Yes! You can skip/pause/cancel your subscription. You can also increase/decrease your snack count, and change the category (Classic, Balance or Wholesome) you've selected - just be sure to let us know at least 2 weeks before your next billing date.

Is there a minimum commitment period for subscriptions?

There is no minimum commitment period and you may cancel, pause or modify your subscription at any time.

What is your return or refund policy?

Return Policy: All unopened snacks are returnable within one week from the delivery date! Reach out to us at hello@munchees.co or directly to your account manager. We'll then send you a FREE return label for you to send it back to us. *The returned quantity will be rolled over to your next month's box so you never lose out! Woohoo!

*Returns have to be made within 1 week of receiving your box.

Returns Policy: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

What is the payment process?

Your card payment method on file will be billed automatically for hassle-free and uninterrupted snack delivery. No corporate card? Reach out to us at hello@munchees.co if you require more flexibility!

How do I manage my subscription?

You may view the details of your subscription in your account page upon signing in. If you’d like to make changes, please email hello@munchees.co or reach out to your dedicated account manager.

We require 14 calendar day's notice before your billing date to modify or cancel your subscription.

Corporate Gifting

Can I request for specific snack items?

Most definitely! While this is highly dependent on availability, we will do our best to fulfil your requests.

Can I request for non-snack items?

Yes! We can even do the sourcing for you if you'd like. Alternatively, you can have your items sent to us for packing.

Can I request for specific dietary requirements?

Absolutely! Be sure to indicate this in the brief and we will be sure to accommodate accordingly – You name it, we'll curate it.

What is your lead time for fulfillment/delivery?

This is highly dependent on the details of the order such as quantity, budget, customisations, delivery timeframe, etc.

We'll be able to provide you with a better idea once you've filled out the brief!

Is there a minimum budget per box?

Not entirely as this is highly dependent on the details of the order such as quantity and other requirements.

What kind of customisations do you provide?

From custom designed notecards to sticker labels, box sleeves, mailer boxes and more!

What are the payment terms and methods?

Our preferred methods of payment are PayNow or bank transfer. We also accept e-invoicing via vendors@gov and GeBiz.

Payment term is net 30 days.

Personal Boxes

Can we customise the types of snacks we receive?

Yes! You may do so by building your own MUNCHEES box.

Otherwise, we have our expertly pre-curated boxes available for some added excitement and discovery. ✨

What is your return or refund policy?

All sales are final and products can't be returned. No refunds will be issued once a product has shipped.
