Subscription Details

  • Basics: Our options rotate monthly so you won't receive the same snacks consecutively. This allows for constant variety, discovery and of course excitement .
  • Return Policy: Should there be a particular snack that your team isn't quite favouring, you may return the unopened snack units for free (within 1 week of receiving your box)! The quantity returned will be rolled over to your next month so you never lose out!
  • Personalisation: Constant feedback on your team's snack preference is encouraged so we can ensure to always include what you love when we can, and to blacklist the items you don't!
  • Monthly Plan: There is no minimum commitment period and you may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. We require 14 calendar day's notice to modify or cancel your subscription.
  • Payment: Your membership will be auto-renewed monthly using your payment method on file for hassle-free and uninterrupted snack delivery.
